1. Your Alignment Archetype
The diagnostic identifies which of the 13 archetypes you operate from under pressure. Each has a specific behavioural expression, a shadow pattern, and environmental triggers. Some examples:
- Hollow Winner: External success without internal satisfaction. Achieves goals but feels empty.
- Scattered Achiever: Constant motion without progress. Doing everything but completing nothing meaningful.
- Vigilant Controller: Tightens grip under pressure. Mistakes control for safety.

2. The Alignment Mechanism
ALIGNMENT → NEW BASELINE → EXPECTATION → REALITY
When you align with your aligned self, your baseline shifts. This new baseline changes your expectations. What you expect shapes what you create. This creates your new reality. Then the cycle repeats at a higher level.

3. Measurable Alignment Levels
Alignment is tracked through 8 distinct levels across 5 dimensions: Purpose, Energy, Relationships, Growth, and Identity. Each dimension is scored independently.
Levels 1-2 (0-29%): Misalignment. The pattern is running unchecked.
Levels 3-5 (30-69%): Awakening to Integration. Building awareness, establishing new patterns.
Levels 6-7 (70-94%): Embodiment. Operating from alignment most days.
Level 8 (95-100%): Radiance. Full self-expression. The pattern is overcome.
Note: These 8 alignment levels are separate from the 5 product stages below. The levels measure your internal state; the stages are your journey through the programmes.
