About the Author
John Morgan is a former British diplomat with 20+ years working across 38 countries, who built and exited his own travel company before developing the Big-YOU Blueprint methodology and founding Humanistics as a new field of study.
His work with organisations and their HR and leadership teams focuses on why talented people consistently underperform as a collective. The books are the result of four decades of lived experience, four years of applied practice with executives, leadership teams, and organisations worldwide, and a methodology built by three co-pilots working together: human experience, intuitive guidance, and artificial intelligence.
