Your Personal Alignment Check-In

The Humanistics Diagnostic. Find Out What Is Really
Going On at Work

This is not a test. There are no right or wrong answers. You cannot fail this.

This short check-in helps you understand the hidden pattern that shapes how you work, make decisions, and handle pressure. At the end you will get a personalised report that explains your pattern in plain English, what causes it, what it costs you, and exactly what to do about it.

Your individual answers are confidential. Your manager will not see what you selected. The organisation receives only a summary of overall team patterns, never individual responses.

☕ Grab a coffee or tea, find somewhere quiet, and give yourself 12 minutes.
The more honestly you answer, the more useful your report will be.

Question 1 of 27

Go with your gut. If more than one answer fits, pick the one that feels truest most of the time. If none feel quite right, choose the closest - forcing yourself to pick often reveals more than you expect.

Stuck? That is normal. Pick the closest answer - your pattern shows in the overall picture, not any single question.

Your Personal Report

Prepared for you

0% Alignment Probability

What is this number? This is your Alignment Probability: our informed estimate of how close you are to operating as the best version of yourself at work right now. It is based on your self-reported answers across five dimensions of your working life, the clarity of your dominant pattern, and how consistently your responses tell the same story. A lower score means something is probably getting in the way. Think of it like a weather forecast: it shows the most likely conditions based on available data, and it improves with more information over time. This is a starting point for conversation, not a final verdict.

Your Five Vital Signs

This chart shows how you scored across five areas that affect your working life. The further the gold shape reaches outward, the stronger that area is. The bars below show the same scores with a rating. Anything marked Blocked or Critical is where your pattern is having the most impact.

View Full Pattern Breakdown

This shows every pattern detected in your answers and how strongly each one appeared. The longer the bar, the more questions you answered in a way that matches that pattern. Your primary pattern (at the top) is the one that drives most of your behaviour. If multiple patterns have similar bar lengths, it means your pattern is complex and you may relate to several descriptions.

How Your Score Was Calculated

Pattern Detection (Questions 1-16): Each of the first 16 questions maps to one or more of the 13 alignment patterns. The pattern you selected most frequently became your primary archetype. Your answers reveal which patterns are most active in how you work and relate to others.

Sub-Archetype (Layer 2 Questions): After your main pattern was identified, you answered 3 targeted questions to determine your specific version of that pattern. This is why your report can be so precise about the root cause.

Five Dimensions (Questions 20-24): Each dimension (Purpose, Energy, Relationships, Growth, Identity) was measured by one dedicated question with four response levels. Because each dimension relies on a single self-reported question, these are directional indicators rather than precise measurements. They show where to look, not a definitive score.

Your Alignment Probability: This number combines five components: your dimensional health (40% weight), how coherently your pattern and dimensions tell the same story (15%), the consistency of your responses (20%), your self-awareness signals (15%), and genuine engagement with the assessment (10%). There are no free points - every component is earned from your answers. The score is then calibrated against real diagnostic data to account for what self-report can see versus what emerges in deeper conversation. The score ranges from 20% to 85% because no self-report questionnaire can produce certainty at either extreme. This is our informed bet about where you sit today, and it becomes more accurate when combined with a deeper diagnostic conversation.

Perception Gap: Question 17 asked how you think your manager would describe your development area. This was compared with your actual primary pattern to detect blind spots. A perception gap does not mean you are wrong about yourself. It means there may be a conversation worth having.

Based on your pattern, here is what your organisation can support you with:

What Happens Next

Your organisation has invested in this diagnostic to support your development. Your manager will receive a coaching guide based on your results (not your individual answers) and will schedule a short alignment conversation with you. This is about your growth, not performance management.

The Bigger Picture

Why Your Organisation Is Doing This

This diagnostic is not a box-ticking exercise. When a whole team completes it, the patterns between people become visible. Your organisation can see where communication breaks down, where silent tensions are building, and why certain teams always seem to struggle. Your honest answers contribute to that bigger picture whilst keeping your individual responses completely confidential.
